Our Taryn short cocktail and party dress is a halter neck mini dress, a designer one. 
It's sleeveless design make it a perfect spring/summer dress. Handmade gold fringes are beautifully added to the overall design, and daring cut outs on the hips part also make a beautiful change to other dresses.
