How long does shipping take once I place an order?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and whether the item is in stock or made to order. When stock 3-5days for processing time but when its custom made the time varies. Please inform about this with your sales agent via chat.
What is your return and exchange policy?
For ready-to-wear items, you can return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
Do you offer custom-made dresses or only ready-to-wear collections?
