INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can not be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned,exchanged or refunded
- If the size and the measurements are required and selected by your side, the product is unreturnable
- Custom designs based on client preferences
- You must inform us within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied with the dress, be aware that, in order to initiate a return request, the client's agent must provide a photo of the dress tried on.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Once your request for return is approved, you can talk with the customer service to continue with the return process.
We do not take responsibility if the package is lost by shipping companies.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 45 days of your purchase, from the time you received the order.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
Please, be aware that there may be differences in color due to photo editing and the quality of different monitors or screens.
Aside from these conditions there are product that can be returned but are not refundable as stated in the following:
If the product you have received turns out to be defective, (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect.
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
CLIENT RIGHTS ON A REFUND
- 24 hours after you complete the payment of purchase, you have the right to initiate a full-refund.
- From 1 to 14 days, you will get 60% of your payment.
- For more than 14 days, you will get 50% of your payment.
*Please note that after the 30-day period has passed, we will not be able to process a refund for your order. We kindly ask that you make any cancellation requests within this timeframe to ensure eligibility for a refund.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once your refund request is accepted, you will receive your payment within 30 days. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment was made through bank transfer. the following information are needed to be provided: Full Name & IBAN Number
