  • Ready-To-Wear Collections/Dresses: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and typically delivered within 7 business days via Express shipping.
  • Custom-Made Products: Each bespoke creation is meticulously crafted to your specifications, requiring 1–3 months for production and delivery.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions for tracking your package.
  • Tracking details are typically available within 24 hours after shipment.
