SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
MINNA LLC offers three types of products:
- Ready to wear products
- Exclusive handmade pre-ordered products(not in stock), which a client can order a product to be made based on their measurements.
- Custom made products and designs asked specifically by the client(not in stock).
- Shipping fee is covered by MINNA
- We use the most prestigious shipping companies to deliver the orders (DHL,FEDEX,UPS)
- The time it takes for an order to reach its destination is between 48h to 72h after the company droped the package at the shipping company, which most like will ship it immediately on that day.
- Product will be shipped only during the the working days, Monday to Friday
- You will be provided with tracking number, so you know where your order is.
- We do not take responsibility if the package is lost by shipping companies
- The dress will be put on a beautiful package and covered with paper which contains the logo of the company. If the dress is heavy and big, than we will need to use alternative packaging
- We do not take responsibility if the shipping takes more time than planned, due to weather conditions or special occasions.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24H . If 24H have passed since your purchase arrived at your address(based on tracking number), we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned.
- Dresses made based on your measurements.
- Custom designs based on client preferences.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on + 383 48801071
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Str.Vllezerit Frasheri Nr.97, Gjilan, Kosovo
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
